A decade after his heroic defeat of the monstrous Kraken, Perseus—the demigod son of Zeus—is attempting to live a quieter life as a village fisherman and the sole parent to his 10-year old son, Helius. Meanwhile, a struggle for supremacy rages between the gods and the Titans. Dangerously weakened by humanity's lack of devotion, the gods are losing control of the imprisoned Titans and their ferocious leader, Kronos, father of the long-ruling brothers Zeus, Hades and Poseidon. The triumvirate had overthrown their powerful father long ago, leaving him to rot in the gloomy abyss of Tartarus, a dungeon that lies deep within the cavernous underworld. Perseus cannot ignore his true calling when Hades, along with Zeus' godly son, Ares (Edgar Ramírez), switch loyalty and make a deal with Kronos to capture Zeus. The Titans' strength grows stronger as Zeus' remaining godly powers are siphoned, and hell is unleashed on earth. Enlisting the help of the warrior Queen Andromeda (Rosamund Pike), Poseidon's demigod son, Argenor (Toby Kebbell), and fallen god Hephaestus (Bill Nighy), Perseus bravely embarks on a treacherous quest into the underworld to rescue Zeus, overthrow the Titans and save mankind.

the mahkai were real things in Greek mythology. as said, they were (the) "Spirits of battle" and spawns of Eris...goddess if strife and discord.  Ares companion and wielder of the golden apples and the and the malfunction that caused the spark that would begin the Trojan war. though they more remind me of the/resemble the Hundred headed ones in this movie.

You're right, the film lasts for only 90 minutes, I watched it already a few hrs ago. The Makhai warriors only show up in the final battle against Andromeda's army.

They should include all the daemons/machai homados is my favorite imagine scary crying screams and weapon clashing sounds it would be cool if they introduced all the machai one by one

Cause so far I've seen monkey-bat things, giant re-spawning scorpions, some lady with snakes for hair, an F-ing Kraken, some kinda lion-eagle-snake dog, a Cyclops, a Minotaur and a walking volcano. So excuuuse me if I'm a little nonchalant at the sight of the siamese twins of death.

Each MORE DIFFICULT THAN THE NEXT. Think about kid. "More Difficult" is a description of something that is hard to deal with. Adding "than" after "more difficult" is a way of describing a comparison of separate ideas. The ideas being a monster that is more difficult to deal with and a monster that is less difficult to deal with. But then we are given the keyword "next", which describes a sequence. "Than the next" is used in the same way that mathematics uses *greater than* or *less than*.

i actually liked the first and loving the look of the sequel, its transformers in Greece type, big bad monsters and awesome action, what more do you want for a film to be entertaining

yes Zeus reprised his role as Zeus in this one, minus that full-body armor that made him and the other Olympian gods look like characters from the Saint Seiya series.

0:13 "Each more fierce and blood-thirsty than the NEXT"... WTF???? They totally got the phrase wrong. It should say "Each more fierce and blood thirsty than the LAST", meaning that the monster's fierceness and blood-thirst will increase.


The way they say it, it means that the monster's fierceness and blood-thirst would decrease. LOL, this dialogue doesn't make sense. I hope they see this comment and change it.
