First story:OP should have charged his entitled neighbor with grand theft auto and sued him for emotional distress for the bs he caused.

This is not murder. He was defending himself during combat, not cold blooded murder
Why this guy wasn't arrested for illegally towing a car for a person with an obvious disability is beyond me
Getting fired, evicted and being set to skid row is a fitting punishment

2nd story: They screwed up, they should pay for their mistake

Last Story: Hi Ripe, the restaurant is called Chili's. It's a sports bar style restaurant similar to Applebee's or TGI Fridays. The food is okay. It's the kind of place you hang out at after work.

Story 1: Yes he should have called the Police. It's called Grand Theft Auto. The restaurant with the Big red pepper and the jingle about baby back ribs is called Chilli's. It's a popular restaurant chain in the USA.

Second story: What that tow company did is indeed thief if the car they towed is not the right one. Incompetence leads to lawsuits and most times the sued side will lose. Especially if they also double down like them.

I can understand OP not really being able to fight back due to the Emotional Trauma of his injury, but he REALLY should have reported his car as Stolen and the Neighbour as the Thief and when Neighbour got Evicted for non-payment of rent and dumped all the garbage on his lawn, call the Police again for Harassment and Illegal Dumping...

For those that don’t know, people who have lost a leg, both legs, or have reduced function of them can still drive. Some will use automatic cars while others have a special system hooked up where they control throttle and brake through basically a joystick
