I find it funny how these prosecutors go after companies like google and facebook and end up with multi million dollar settlements and fines that never go to the people who were directly affected by these companies.

Instead, a class action suit gets going and everyone affected gets a check for $11.99 and that’s being generous.

Thank you Professor Wolff. We might also read Shoshana Zuboff's "The Age Of Surveillance Capitalism". Google is the pioneer in mining personal online behavioral data and has a relationship with U.S. intelligence.

Just like in the game "Monopoly" the "winner" is the only one left standing after destroying everything.

Please keep us posted! 🤔we'll see what message the judge sends the public 😒 the message I'll get is Google is too big to fail 😳 especially if the fine is a slap on the hands 😬

Ahh, now it makes more sense. Thats why they tackled this monopoly, the monopoly punished the bourgeoisie as it raised the prices of their advertisements.

It’s not a curious case:
Fully abolish all types intellectual property laws.
Solved. And no problems like this ever again.

on the one hand I think it actually makes sense to have monopolies and NOT to have hundreds of different companies competing with each other and all of these companies offering slightly different products and services creating a nightmare world of trying to decide what product is the best to buy or on the other hand I wonder how a monopoly can be given the incentive to continuously improve and innovate.

Yes advertising became ridiculously expensive and we just stopped advertising because we couldn’t afford the Google game

Interesting how this video taps into to the “cashless society” conversation. The big fintech companies make it sound like an inevitable to have ONLY card payment. Of course that isn’t cash. Cash is FREE to use, and the worse competitor you can have is one which comes free. Interesting as always Mr Wolff. Thank you.

*Importantly, where does the fine go? Will it make the victims whole, or does the Govt., just keep it!*

We had better search engines with dial-up. Monopoly means mediocrity.
