Perfectionist are never happy. They will only be happy when they live in a perfect world. But a perfect world is impossible. People admire perfectionists. But, it is definitely a mental disorder that can lead to suicide.

A thing that everyone should know is that whenever someone posts something on social media about a special event or a really nice and expensive thing, , doesn't mean that their life is just like that, , that's only a part of their day. Just remember you are perfect just the way you are! I believe in you! 😆❤️

One thing that's destroying my mental health, is feeling my loneliness. :( I've never felt different being alone and actually liked it. I never minded if people were always around me, so long as I had my own little space for some peace and quiet...but now...as I get older...I can feel myself being lonely and wanting to be special to someone. I have friends and family who love me, but it's not the same.

I guess people see to forget that unhealthy things people do are only the consequence of a society with a lack of real caring and teamwork.

#6 really hits home from me. I've been compared to other people before I even knew what comparison meant. I have Asperger's, so kids and even adults treated me like a weirdo who was way too awkward to fit in. I still struggle with comparing myself to "normal" adults because the things I struggle with are usually dealt with years earlier.

Comparison of self is human nature. However, letting that what you believe about the other(s) you compare yourself to is a futility spurned by possible misjudgements and/prejudice that we animate from our own contrivances. So many times 'that' person(s) could be adrift in reciprocity in the very harbor you feel beached in. They could even be feeling as though they are unable to compare to you. Humility is thinking less of oneself, as in thinking less often of oneself, and more about others. I find a kind of solace in this thinking, and it protects me from me.

I can tell that my mental health is ruined because when she said “You don’t practice gratitude, ” I almost started crying because my parents always accused me of being ungrateful for “not respecting us for everything we do for you, ” when in reality they didn’t do much. Sure, they bought me clothes and food and stuff, but they never tried to stop me from being bullied in school. I remember that I asked my mom to get me a therapist because I was really depressed and never had the willpower to do anything. I never got a therapist.

Honestly, I've been going through some stuff with family and it's just.. depressing. I'm just filled with anxiety on top of that and just- drained.

I don't like asking for help not because I think I'm better - it's just that I feel uncomfortable bothering other people about my concerns :(
