Aleesia thank you a million for these wonderful videos!! In my young years and younger adult years I danced and loved it so much!! I still continued now in my mid adult years but have done other workouts and than suffered a shoulder injury. I am a stylist as well so I am very busy..feeling a bit discouraged I could not do alot of my workouts. As I was packing our things to move to Florida, I found my ballet shoes and pictures. I started back and discovered your videos! I have been doing them for awhile now, and thank you, my body feels great, I am dancing aagain and my shoulder is feeling better and on the road to recovery due to these workouts..I am so thankful beyond words!! xo

Alessia, I have thoroughly enjoyed U being my video trainer for the past several months. I'm a post-stroke patient- - actually had 2 AUG 2015. I've gone from paralysis on right-side of body to now returning to work (part-time) as of FEB 2016. Oh, I just love the ballet exercises. My legs have greatly improved with strength, and I have better coordination. I love the challenging videos, and how U have incorporated a reasonable stretch in between the routines. U make me laugh when U demonstrate the incorrect body positions because often I'm guilty, trying to take a break 😃. I've had some GREAT YouTube trainers--SofaBar, my P57 girls, Qinetic Trainers: Isaac Lugoboni & Ariel; and, can't forget, Angela (eFit30). I think each of U have entered my world just as my body was ready for a new challenge. I THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Love her personality, super funny. I love the light playful, not overwhelming jazz in the background, and ofcourse the workouts are amazing I always feel it the next morning. I will keep watching and working! :)
