I have a brand new magic mouse to go with my brand new Macbook Pro, and I find that the touch scroll sometimes just doesn't work for a swipe or two. I am obviously swiping (scrolling) all the time, so even though it happens intermittently, it's still is happening enough to be very frustrating. I find it really disrupted to my workflow. Have you heard of or experienced this problem?

Thank you so much! The second option worked for me. I use a USB (not bluetooth) to connect my wireless mouse and it works perfectly now with no lag.

Very helpful. Strangely, turning off the shake to locate seemed to make a big difference!

I don't have the reset bluetooth option after holding shift+opt (the menu expands so I know it is working). Is there another way to get to that button?
