Messing up your sleep should be avoided at al costs. I've been through stressful exam phases where I turned my clock upside down and studied till late in the night. Then, insomnia kicks in when I try to fix my clock, I become sleep deprived, that leads to lack of motivation and I get nothing accomplished the couple following days, may even lead to depression. That only lasts a couple of days but it's one of the worst feelings ever. On the other hand, on the days that I wake up early, exercise and go out in the nature, I almost want to skip dinner to go to sleep.

I always hear ppl talking about how youtube unsubscribes them from channels, but I have never had that happen until now. They unsubbed me from your channel and I KNOW I didn't do it. They don't want me to have high thumos sleep!

I can really relate to this. I remember being on a survival exercise in the military (in Sweden) when my instructor explained how sleep was 10 times more important than food in a real survival situation. During the week of survival i could really confirm that. 48 hours without food was rough for sure but 48 hours without sleep was terrible.

Good video, i'll add two things that has in my experience also been important:
1. Diet/eating. Dont eat a big meal shortly before sleeping and also avoid eating anything that is heavier to digest or that you suspect you have a mild negative reaction to. This last part is especially important if you have some sort of digestion/stomache issue like bad gut flora which is very common these days. If you eat something that is a lot heavier to digest right before sleeping then your digestive system will work hard at it during the night, it can severly ruin the quality of your sleep.

2. This one is pretty obvious but do some excercise everyday if you can, like a 30 min walk at least. You might be tired mentally from work or whatever, but its the physical tiredness that helps you sleep well in my experience. Also dont excercise right before sleeping, try to do it at least 1-2 hours before.

I live in an bad apartment since 3 years... no real heating and all my neighboors are so loud from 5 in the morning to 9 in the evening ... Than i am so stressed out that i cant fall asleep directly or really have bad dreams ect....


I found a new apartment and hopefully will be selected so i can finally move and still care for my grandma....

I bet it will be heaven <3

It annoyes me that even after working out, doing farm work, studying for several hours, writing essays, when I am absolutely exhausted I still have trouble sleeping.
