Spinach is the superior salad base (or kale if you can stomach it) but it tastes good and actually has calories, and nutrients a lot of vitamins and iron which is better than iceberg which is literally just water and no nutritional value. Definitely one of the things that helped me lose weight and stay healthy was a spinach salad or a bell pepper carrot teriyaki stir fry, oatmeal everyday, and I always put spinach in my wraps so yummy 😋
