Erewhon is a great concept. They have played on a certain part of the human psyche to make the customer think that somehow they are special/exceptional by being able to shop there. It's a great hustle when you look at it from a marketing perspective.

For $20, you could go to Aldi’s, buy a family pack of chicken, bag of rice, and bag of sweet potatoes enough to eat that same exact meal for the WHOLE week 😂

I just got home from a middle eastern restaurant and had: hibiscus tea, eggplant topped with pulled beef and yogurt with pomegranate sauce on rice plus two sides and flatbed The cost was still less than this Erowhan meal.
