Many of these products can be found at Sprouts and Whole Foods for less. I admit there are some products I'd love to try, but I think you can still eat well shopping elsewhere.

I worked for Erewhon café. I was the nighttime manager during the greatest years of Hollywood, and I got to meet a lot of stars… it was 1989. Wow what an era!

You can literally get a huge bag of the Siete chips at Costco so I find that totally outrageous. In fact I just recently polished one off lol. I get some of the other items you showed from Costco too. Thank you for the fun detour from the Costco videos hahaha. Makes me feel even better abou shopping at Costco every week. I, like, have one of those things called a refrigerator so it's not really a problem to buy a Costco size of a few things.

Only the rich and famous can shop at that store. Everything is overpriced.. I agree, massive selection, but overpriced

I love the variety and choices offered! Yes, love the packaging too! Gotta make a trip there soon! Yes, absolutely ridiculous prices, but many of their items are organic, so people can pick and choose how they want to spend their money. No one is forcing you to go inside and buy anything.

Erewhon really leaning into marketing over quality or price 💲.

The place and products look really pretty and it has collabs with celebrities.

Not things most people want their grocery store to be spending their money on, but it manages to focus on its niche of exploiting the shallowness of people who only care about appearances.

They were regular, cowboy pioneers of their products, but then, when people realized how important their provisions were, of course, it drives the prices up because the popularity grew… These products are very difficult to cultivate and provide, especially in these times

Dobt get it twisted the aisles are actually narrow to get you to buy more, they are smaller so you most likely are going to see more product and buy. Don't let that "sense of community" marketing mumbo jumbo get to you.

We have a few similar style supermarkets here in Australia. While I don't do my main shop there, I like to browse and pick up a few treats. I especially like that they promote smaller boutique brands, and not just boring ubiquitous multi national brands.
