This time last year I was borderline diabetic and had very high blood pressure. I was drinking every day. I thought my life was over. I lost my wife and daughter in a horrible divorce. I was going to end my life. But God made a way out for me. I just asked him for help. I am living proof. He gave me my daughter back. I started working out. Very slow at first. Now I work out 6 days a week. I lost 40 pounds and still going. My daughter is only 1 of 2 students in her high school to get a certificate of excellence! Life is beautiful ❤️ It was a long and dark road. And sometimes it still is. I've fallen many, many times. But I'm living for my daughter and working out to show gratitude to the almighty God. You can do it. I am living proof. To God be all the glory!!! Oh yeah, Coach Pain, and Motivation, you have been there for me in my darkest hours. I could not have done it without you.
