I was a boy who experienced sexual abuse for fifteen of my nineteen years of life. I never spoke on it, and honesty, I still don't. To this day, very few people know the full extent of what I experienced. Those abusers are still out there as free men.

My town had a vigil tonight and played this song. I almost cried. Listening to it again at home it hit me. I am from Greenfield, Iowa one of the hardest hit towns in Iowa on May 21st 20204. An EF4 tornado hit my town and took out 153 homes and killed four people. The destruction throughout town breaks my heart. I haven't cried over it until now, but the most awesome thing is that my town banded together to provide medical care and also cleanup.

Jelly Roll...that song just touched my heart and the heart of all of Greenfield. I don't know who all will see this, but know we are #GreenfieldStrong!
