3 ingredient Lock Down Chocolate Cake Recipe !

3 ingredient lock down Chocolate Cake ( use a 7 inch pan ):

- 350 gr Chocolate Cookies ( 3 cups, measure the cookies once crushed into a fine powder )
- 370 gr Milk (1 1/2 cup)
- 2 1/4 tsp Baking Powder

*PLEASE READ* : The flavor of your cake will depend on what cookies you choose to use! For more Chocolate flavor you can add:
- Nutella
- Chocolate Chips
- Additional Cocoa Powder

When the cookies lose their freshness it can be used in this way.

This reminds me of when I was a kid when I crushed up cookies just like this and added milk and baked it in my Easy Bake Oven. I thought I was so clever. :)

I just made this cake and it turned out amazing. It was super spongy and tasted so good. It takes me only 15 mins for the whole process (from breaking the biscuits, mixing it with warm milk and baking powder to baking it ) . I don't have oven so I baked in a preheated pan on gas oven. Still turned out amazing. Thanks for this amazing easy recipe.
