My games we unplayable couldn't figure out why but I think It was the setting when I changed from default hardware to using my graphics card now running smooth.. before wouldn't hardly walk on gta San andreas

strangely, OpenGL software capped mine at 30 fps, but after switching it to "hardware, " it boosted it up to 60. Other than that, the rest I followed really helped, thanks!
