PCSX2 1.7 BEST SETTINGS Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 4 (OUTLINE FIX + GHOSTING FIX)

1080p SETTINGS:

RIGHT CLICK on Budokai Tenkaichi 4 and click "Properties".
- Under Graphics > Rendering, set Internal Resolution to "3x Native (~1080p)".
- Under Graphics > Rendering, check the box at the bottom that says "Manual Hardware Renderer Fixes".
- Under Graphics > Hardware Fixes, set Software CLUT Render to "1 (Normal)".
- Under Graphics > Upscaling Fixes, set Half Pixel Offset to "Special (Texture)" do NOT choose the aggressive option.
- Under Graphics > Upscaling Fixes, Set Texture Offset to 350/350.
Follow everything else in the video.

4K SETTINGS:
RIGHT CLICK on Budokai Tenkaichi 4 and click "Properties".
- Under Graphics > Rendering, set Internal Resolution to "6x Native (~2160p/4k)".
- Under Graphics > Rendering, check the box at the bottom that says "Manual Hardware Renderer Fixes".
- Under Graphics > Hardware Fixes, set Software CLUT Render to "1 (Normal)".
- Under Graphics > Upscaling Fixes, set Half Pixel Offset to "Special (Texture)" do NOT choose the aggressive option.
- Under Graphics > Upscaling Fixes, Set Texture Offset to 440/440.

Really awesome video! Thanks a lot! Helped out a tremendous ton. The only recommendation I have for others though, if you use HD texture packs, don't set Blending Accuracy to Maximum (Very Slow). This setting actually messes up the colors for the character icons in the character select screen and in-game battles, plus some of the menus. I found out that "Minimum" works better instead

If you can’t find the Manual hardware renderer fixes option just right click on the game then go to properties instead of using the settings menu
