The plaintiff hired the defendant to get rid of debris at his house. However, the defendant dumped junk on his yard and ran over his basketball hoop, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant argues the plaintiff ripped him off and didn't pay him. The defendant admits he accidentally ran over the hoop, but he wants his money. The defendant is countersuing for wages owed.
