It immediately felt like someone was scratching an itch in my brain that I didn't realize I had.

Ocean waves devolving into a waterfall in a forest. It was strangely comforting and relaxing.

I can finally hear nothing in my head. This is so much relief, like someone who really noisy and gets on your nerves finally shuts up. Thanks, I'll definitely download the ap

😢 After watching several of these types of video and understanding what has been "wrong" with me for almost 50 years. I am really emotional. I used to be so embarrassed by some of my behaviors that i just wanted to be by myself so that people wouldn't think i was weird. It truly gives me comfort to know that this life is manageable and I am not alone. Thank you 😊

At first I thought it was relaxing me because it was similar to water or a forest type of noise but very quickly it started to irritate me as it became more of an airplane, industrial grey sound.

For some reason it sounds like sitting in a moving car or train, with heavy rain and wind, to me. I really like it :)

Oh wow, I physically experienced this one. I suddenly had only one thought process/internal dialogue and it felt like my scalp, forehead and cheeks relaxed.

The noise made me very anxious at first. Like I was choking. Until I realized the sound had turned off the background noise in my head, and that discomfort I was feeling was just being uneasy that my brain wasn't running full speed.
If the noise made you uneasy too, try again with the realization that it's because your brain quieted down. You may not have realised why you were uneasy at first, and you might find yourself enjoying it now.

It felt really quiet in my head, like I could actually focus on one thing, I didn't need to mess with whatever was on my desk or be playing a game to occupy myself. Super relaxing, thank you!

Omg I just realized why I've always been able to relax and sleep on airplanes. This is the low level noise in the cabin

I listen to different types of noise like this all day lol ❤ As a child it was the dishwasher. Now it can be rain, hairdryer or my rock tumbler or just the shower. If you have ADHD keep trying until you find your noise. ❤

It made my brain buzz within 30 secs, quite stimulating I would say! Brown noise is more calming for me. Thanks for sharing your experience btw, it really makes me feel less alienated 😄

This is almost exactly the sound I've been using to fall asleep for the last six weeks or so. It's amazeballs.
