What is the Soul? - Paul Chek

In this video we try to define "The Soul". There is a growing idea in the modern world that humans have no soul, that we are programmable machines or "hackable animals" according to Yuval Noah Harari. But are these things true? Paul Chek looks across various religions, cultures and philosophers for an answer. Carl Jung stated, "In order for something to be rejected, it must first be real."

I've been of the belief that we are all of the same animated life force that permeates nature. What I could call my soul craves nature, the wilderness, and animal connection. Even in animals, I see the soul and feel a profound connection with them.
