I am a terrible baker. I would love to see more detail on how you mix these and how you know the ratios of what you use. You clearly understand the science of baking based on how you can substitute ingredients so easily and you can feel the consistencies and just know what and how much of something to add. It's clearly a skill!

The last couple of months since finding your channel, whenever I got a chance, I’ve been making my way through your “videos in order” playlist and wow I have enjoyed it and learned so much from you guys!!
