The person has not one shred of impulse control and needs to be in prison

Intelligence has been pursuing this man for years. So far he has been able to escape it.

getting his life on track....got a job....want to get his proceeds to attack the Judge. Kudos to her for not putting up with the defense attorney trying to paint a picture of wanting to change when in it was his first offense it may have been different but not with that record!

How was someone guilty of Robbery, Home Invasion, AND Domestic Violence NOT Already in prison ?!?!?!?!?!?

The problem is that there are countless people like this who play the sympathy card when they’re just snakes in sheep’s clothing.

I will never understand why people start with minor charges then speed run to years in prison.

Shows how fair a judge she is by giving same sentence after the attack

This was SO freaking scary! That poor judge. Watching Deobra attempt to scratch his nose through a spit mask while wearing orange mittens made my day.

Besides blaming him, and he most certainly is guilty, the judge should also condemn the previous judges and prosecutors who didn't take his violence seriously. It is a sad statement for the rest of us that judges only care if one of their own is the victim.

Obviously a RAGER kind of guy and the fact that he has NO inhibition in running towards and accosting the female judge in full view of EVERYONE in the court...he needs a decades-long prison sentence to be served without the possibility of parole.

It's funny how he says that he's trying to fix himself and be a better person and “be in a good place” and then violently attacks the judge when sentenced. Yeah, you shouldn’t be around people and you’re sure to be in a good place. A place with bars away from the public.

So just looked up his criminal history, amoung a few he has multiple DV charges, its a shame they only took his crimes seriously when he attacked a Judge.

This ia what bothers me, he was let back out after multiple violent crimes, so it seems okau if he attacks one of us, but if he attacks a judge, well, that will get you life.

This man shouldn't have been out of prison in the first place, the system that thia judge worked for lwt this man out multiple times for DV, Home Invasion!, and robberies. Why was he walking the streets in the first place?.

He was looking at 19-48 months for his previous case, now he may get 15+ years! Nice way to turn your life around. Thanks!

Attempted murder on a judge in a court? That alone is putting him away for 40 years. What a fool. He would only have served a couple of years and could have tried to turn his life around but he's ruined it all with his stupid temper.

I retired from a state prison as a correctional officer. I had an inmate who always complained about the parole board not letting him out of prison. He was doing a forty year sentence and had done about thirty years already. I told him maybe it's because fifteen years ago while at a parole hearing you dropped your draws and shook your penis at them. He said "But that was a long time ago. It's not even the same people. They wouldn't know about that would they?" I said they have a thing called a file. It's in there. It always stays in there! I said good luck at your next parole hearing!
