Man who attacked Las Vegas judge faces her again for sentencing

The man recorded on video jumping a table and charging at a Las Vegas judge, attacking her and her staff, appeared before that same judge Monday morning.

No the system didn’t fail him he failed himself. You can’t repeatedly commit violent crimes and expect to go free! And attack a Judge for doing her job!! Totally unacceptable!!

To the sister of the attacker I know you love your brother but please stop making excuses for your brother! He knew what he was doing because when the judge allowed him to speak, he didn’t sound like he was off his psych meds. He was calm but when the judge didn’t buy what he was saying, he got angry and wrongfully attacked her. Bottom line

His family enabled this type of behavior and honestly I'm not sorry for them. They used his "mental illness" as an excuse. Mental illness is NOT an excuse for violent crimes or attacking others. That is a choice.

If he was born with crack cocaine in his system, that means his mom was smoking crack while pregnant. Yet here she is saying he has severe mental health issues and the justice system should have taken that into account… now I’m no medical professional, but I’m willing to bet that smoking crack while pregnant is not healthy for the baby… why didn’t SHE take that into account then?? These people have no shame and refuse to take responsibility and accountability for their own actions… reap what you sow…
