Deobra Redden, who was caught in a viral video launching himself at a Las Vegas judge, is back in court Monday for sentencing in his original attempted battery case.

I saw the the last video of the attack before and I’m glad to see that she was okay and wasn’t severely hurt. Apparently if it gotten any more worse he could have killed her right on the spot and he would’ve been sentenced to prison for first degree murder. But I’m glad to see that the judge was alright and this time the defendant was guarded and in shackles and a spit mask.
