hey steve, how do i change the search bar from "search this site" to "search this library"? thanks

Any insight on this issue Steve? I have a new Site Column that is not showing up in Crawled Properties for some reason. I used the Content Type gallery to create a new Content Type and then added a Choice site column. Applied that CT to a Site Pages library and updated some pages with this new Column values. However, in Search center I am not seeing this new Column in crawled properties. Was hoping to map it to a managed property and use it for Highlighted Content and PNP search but cant find it... IM stumped. Have re-indexed site, page library, waited 24hrs and nothing... (Content type has parent Site Pages, and created basic choice column )
