Week 12 Day 2 //Fierce TABATA // Plus LEGS + BOOTY Workout!

Starting things off with a super sweaty Tabata session and then moving into a lower body workout to target those legs and glutes. Wooohooo let's do this thing team!

Breakdown: Tabata circuits 20s work + 10s rest x4 rounds
Leg + Booty workout: 30s work + 10s rest x 3 rounds
Equipment Needed: dumbbells, stability ball + exercise mat or other soft surface.

*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual! Ball size should be chosen based off of your height. I highly recommend using the ball as it provides additional core and stability work but you can always use a bench, ottoman or perform many of the same exercises on the floor.

I never comment on YouTube videos, but I have to chime in here. This is by far the BEST workout channel I have found in the past two years. I have tried everything from Blogilates, Fitness Blender, to Bodyfit by Amy (and even purchased a subscription to BeachBody) - Heather is BY FAR the top. Her workouts are quick, intense, and efficient. The best part is her lack of talking throughout the workout. I am hooked! Is anyone else relieved when they see the word “REST” on the screen? 😉. I’m a bit sweaty after this one, but proud to say I’m 60 and made it through! Thanks, Heather!

The most important thing that has kept me through these challenging weeks was showing up every workout day, despite feeling too lazy, despite thinking that I probably won't finish the sets. This means at least changing into my workout clothes and finishing the warm up. Once done with the warm up, I would then negotiate with myself to just finish one set, and then another, and then another. I would rest for extra minutes if I hadto. Before I knew it, I would finish. Each and every time. :) Motivation is overrated, there will always be days when we can't muster enough motivation to get up. What's more important is you show up ❤️

Here from week 1 and shocked at myself for making it this far. This is the only workout program in my life that I have been this consistent with. Thank you for giving me a stress release during this pandemic! This is much needed right now. Yay to all of us for making it this far...we are almost there...can see the finish line!

Doing your workouts is the only 40mins I have to myself lately. Balancing homeschooling, working from home, taking care of my family has been tough but this keeps me sane. I've started from week 1 and Im ready to finish strong with you!! Not giving up 💪

Mind body connection wasn’t there this session.. maybe because of the hIIt cardio in the beginning.. especially the star jumps!! How dare you!!! 😆 😭 but I pushed through to the end.. of course it was another great workout .. challenging and fat burning 🔥 thank you 😊 Heather Robertson, you are amazing 🤩
