I have been going to the gym for 1 year so I already follow most habits listed here like not eating junk food, getting enough sleep to gain muscle 8-9 hours, drinking plenty to water as I take creatine, ofcourse exercise in the gym and icing my face when bloated, I have been eating healthy for the past couple of months and it has improved my jawline
