I'm very happy with my Powerwalls. I note that at 0:38 they show the solar feeding into the Powerwalls, while my app shows it feeding into the gateway. It's a minor detail, but the app reflects how the power flows with the Powerwall 3 using its inverter for the solar panels. Nice touch. One thing they didn't mention is using your Powerwalls as part of a virtual power plant. In my part of Massachusetts, my Powerwalls dump to the grid at times of peak grid demand in the summer, and then charge back up again afterwords. At the end of the year, I get a nice check based on my participation. Check on if this is an option where you live, and it may help make a Powerwall purchase fit with your budget.

Model Y LR, Tesla Solar Panels (18 7.29 kW), 2 Powewall 3's as the man said all installed in 1 day however it did take over 3 months to get permits, and hardware delivered.
System woks great handles the AC and pool pump, low to no power bills.
You hear FUD about how will the grid handle the demand from BEVs, well homes like ours are now reducing the demand and even adding to the supply a little bit.

Tesla solar and 2 Powerwalls, best thing I've done for our house. With Virtual Power Plant our payback will be in 4 years. Don't listen to anyone who tells you otherwise, this is the way.

You have to love the managerial class doing commercials.

Unfortunately the order process of Tesla solar panels and powerwall is not as simple and seamless as for other products or the one of competitors.
I just want to enter roof size, inclination and direction of the roof and get to see the total costs.
It's not transparent what third parties will charge for the installation.
