This Leetcode nonsense has to stop. You new cs graduates with hours a day to grind away doing these insane riddles, which have little to do with real, actual work, have made this rat race so much worse. I am an automation tester with 5 years of experience, yet I get made to do these same stupid riddles and stumble at this round. It is totally unnecessary for my line of work. So frustrating…

Leetcode isn't going to help unless you're trying to get jobs that'll burn you out and drop you in a year. Software engineering/comp sci is a super oversaturated field, you're better off finding a good niche or going with something like comp eng

Trying to land a Tech Job is like studying for a Finals Exam for a 400 level University Course.
They will ask you about multiple Algorithms & Data Structures, System Design, Behavioral Questions, and even Aptitude test at many Companies.
The Job basically has nothing to do with what you're gonna be interviewed on, on your Job, you'll be debugging already written code, or adding some API endpoint, or Database query, or once in a while working on a new feature.
But the process is entirely about how much of a Tech Wiz are you before you can start adding this new button with fancy colors on the Company's web application.

You know, I came to the conclution that if you are in beginning of your career you should upgrade your hard skills to a Middle level instead of hopeless trying to become Junior without experience and education
