Buddy caught a 762x39 to the nvg mount screw from 300 yards. Didn’t even know it hit him, but we were balls deep in Talib all day and jacked up on adrenaline

yeah but in the video he specify that he’s shooting a SUBSONIC 7.62x39, he shoots that because he wanted to test what a standard round would do from 600M without shooting from 600M

Maybe I’m wrong here but people who test body armor always seem to use the same piece, isn’t after the first shot it’s basically useless in that regards? Structural integrity drops off sharply

When I was in the 82nd in Afganistán in 2019 we had these helmets. We had a squad leader from a pretty far outstation come in near the flag pole that deployment to get replacement helmets from taking a round to the helmet on two separate occasions. I’d say it works pretty well.

Helmets safes lifes. Even when it dint catch a round it`ll surely catch falling things that otherwhise would have you knock out cold. Trust me i was hit by a tree but my Helmet made sure that my squishy thinking masheen stays in the form that he oh so likes.

if it can stop an AK 7.62x39 round in close range, that means it can survive a 308 or 54R in all combat ranges.
