Another great one is zone 2 running.
1hr
4-5% incline
180 - age = zone 2 heart rate
Mines is 180-31= 149”bpm” ( give or take 3 from 149bpm) is typically what I focus on for an hr.
Use your smartwatch to watch your heart rate/beats per minute

I lvop ethat fact that my daily activities on my farm in brazil and things my 73 year old mother does every day besides cook milk the cows and more moving rice bags and so on have become work outs lol. My pop pop never saw a gym but worked the fields til 90. much love form Brazil

Just keep your backpack/gym bag on. With all your stuff + water bottle it could be pushing 15lbs which will add up over all 20-30mins.

Carrying a heavy thing in general is effective because you're moving the mass of the thing horizontally through space...on a treadmill you're not producing a forward force on the dumbbells, so the only thing being slightly worked here is your traps, but even then it's isometrically which is all but pointless
