Yo my man Colin. I really hope you see this because let me tell you I spent hours if not DAYS trying to answer this question. Because all these gym influencers explain what you have to do but not HOW YOU DO IT. And I’m so mad this video is not at more views because I typed in these exact words of the title and this didn’t pop up. Only until I reworded and did some further scrolling I found it. THANK YOU!!!! All this time I’m thinking how I’m supposed to burn thousands of calories with cardio without considering that food, lifting and just daily activity is a big part of it not just cardio. I’ma share this link to any YouTube comment I see who has trouble because not only did you explain how to loose fat but I’m also starting a calorie journal all because of you. You are SUPER UNDERRATED. And please don’t stop making content because if I have more questions I’m not going to Jeff or Jimmy or whatever tf these millions of people are selling. I’ve been trying to lose weight, however my chronic joint pain and clinical depression have made it very difficult to stay consistent with physical activity. I’m not going to let them stop me, I know I need to remain patient and not give up, it’s just frustrating when I know I need to exercise but my body is in too much pain to do anything. I’ve tried pushing through the pain before, but that’s just led to worse pain and many regrets. I don’t mean to sound like I’m complaining, again I’m not going to let these ailments stop me, I just feel hopeless sometimes because it feels like my mind and body are working completely against me. I’ll remain as consistent as I can, not overdo myself, eat right, and not give up, because I care about my health too much to let it go off the rails.

I have found that there are two schools of thought on carbs - those who consider fiber a carb (total carb counters, ) and those who don't (net carb counters.)

I was want to loose wheit, but than i start reverse dieting, my goal change. Now i simply want just enjoy food, and live my life, life is too short for dieting. I'm start to love my body as are, and become better person.

Hi! I’ve been trying different approaches for so long now. I even did a reverse for a year but I’m still stuck on skinny fat it did help a bit tho
Do you recommend taking small break like maintaining for 4-8 weeks and then a small cut for 2 months and then again 4-8 weeks maintenance and then another small cut? Just to get back to better my metabolism and be able to lose weight again ?
My backstory was I did yo yo dieting for 3 years and did hard cuts I was young didn’t know what I was doing so now I’m trying to lose weight since I never really got to. I’ve been stuck on skinny fat my whole life

So I have been reducing my calories by 1, 000 I was 2, 800 a day sometimes 3, 000-3, 500 to now 1800 calories deficit …. This entire time I’m thinking I’m in a deficit I don’t think I burn over what I’m eating though, I’d say 1, 000 calories I burn, am I still in a deficit 😂?
