That was a beautiful talk for many reasons. Mainly because I felt that change is what happens when you do small things, when we "talk to the Turkish boy in my flat that takes the bus with me every day and I've never talked to him. Maybe I will learn something about my country that I didn't know." That one sentence is how the world will change. It will not happen when through demonstrations, they are just parties. It will happen through the marathon of good behaviour. When we become candles in the dark, passing our light of hope and wisdom, we will eventually light up the world. Trump could not take power if were all lit candles, nor can the banker or anyone else. There are no shortcuts, no space for blame, we must the the change we want to see in the world.
