Resisting shouldn't be allowed to be charged without a primary charge. It's being used 100% as a contempt of cop charge.

He committed no crime outside his business, they were butt hurt hearing him say FUCK OFF YOU CANT COME IN HERE! So they went in. Why else were they outside, bc they knew the owner did not want them inside when the initial officer made contact. So they interfered with the gym owner.

Prior to the arrest, theres no indication of detainment or arrest. His only ‘crime’ was he went back in to his property. Cops didnt like that and hurt their ego.

They did not tell him he was being arrested, so he wasn't fleeing inside. He just went inside his business, where he expressly forbade the police from entering. Clearly trespassing by the police, charge them and convict them.
