What parents should know about fentanyl and Halloween candy l GMA

I don't understand the comments...the people in the video specifically said fetanyl is NOT being distributed in Halloween candy to kids...they cleared the myth.

That’s just insane not to think that there is a malicious person that would think is funny to throw some of this on a truck or treating kid is just irrealistic. We teach our kids not to take anything from strangers yet in this night we accept candy from everyone trusting and believing that everyone is in their right state of mind and no one is out of their mind to do crazy things. I pass no begging for candy for my kids

This is a shame and dangerous for our little ones. I pray no deaths occur Halloween night or after as a result of this. Fentanyl cost pennies pretty much per tab on the streets so I do not want to hear that people out there would not do such a sick action amongst our little ones . Some people won't care. I just hope if mass murderers occur from these actions that the suspects are caught and charged appropriate with murder or murders that they caused.

I call bullshit! I remember!! It WAS found before being handed out, and in the bags full at a shelter in northern Utah a few years ago. A place where people have the most kids. Not targeting kids ass

I was a witch and please do not let your kids celebrate Halloween. Witches will curse the candy or put something toxic in it and give it out to children. Stay safe ❤
