Im at week 3 after hamstring acl surgery, muscle loss is extreme even though ive been following the advised protocol (3 times excercises at home), bending is only 30degrees, can start adding 20/wk from week4. Braces can be removed after 6 weeks. I dont see how I'll be able to get to proper flexion as my knee feels like someones ripping it apart when trying to get more than 30 degrees laying/sitting on floor😢 Im starting official phisio today, hopefully it'll get better, for me bending was strictly forbibben for 14 days post-op.

Should I be concerned at about 150 degrees of flexi on just over a month out of surgery? I need to be able to sit on my heels again with the sports I do.

I had my complete to acl tear before 3 months...after 50 days of bracing i started doing exercise ..i can bend 60 degree only can u pls guide mee how to increase my knee bending..nd i can walk without any support wuth stability but knly one problem is there..my leg take 1 second time to take a next stepp while walking is it normal??

I just removed a cast today been 3 weeks my leg is truly weak and skinny I had an injury, but still no MRI for the knee and I feel like it's locked when I try to bend it further and further should I stop or keep going? Is this what they call a stiff knee or is it a damaged cartilage preventing the movement?

I tore my acl and meniscus they took my patella tendon and replaced it for my new ACL. Also, I have meniscus repair both side. unable to bend my knee and get stiffer day by day even after exercises is this normal?
