There are so many good chems. My usual cocktail is Calmex Silk, Bufftats, Orange Mentats, Psychobuff, Jet Fuel, and Overdrive, washed down with a Dirty Wastelander.

I do love a good junkie play through. Something about the idea of waking up from a 200 year nap and immediately shooying up or huffing every strange substance found in the pockets of the many raiders you kill is endlessly hilarious. Add melee only and youre in for a real proper murder hobo experience.

Am I one of the few who just don’t use chems? I’m 60 hours into my Fallout 4 playthrough right now and only just popped my first buffout for 2 minutes of 20 carry weight

If you spam the aim button while in 3rd person with a full auto gun some will double the fire rate when spamming the aim

Everyone talking about the best chems but completely glossing over Grape Mentats and X-Cell is crazy. And before you say that X-Cell is super rare, there are quite a few set spawns that you can run and grab as often as you'd like.

Day tripper and mentats are a fun combo, the different flavors make the screen a different color and with the day tripper it just accentuates that

I rarely use any chem, probably a few grape mentats once every while to lower trade costs. The only time i intentionally use combat chems is to farm Cait’s affinity before curing her addiction.
