Whoever thinks that cooking with the same ingredients produces the same results, has definitely never cooked before. I’m Latina, and I’m constantly amazed how the same rice and beans in one Latin American country will come out and taste completely different in another. Same ingredients different flair.

i swear like most korean foods mainly use red pepper paste, red pepper flakes, sugar, soy sayce but every dish tastes completely different. its kinda cool

Going to get a condiment and only using it for that one dish is to me a waste of money. Cause most of the time, the rest just sits in the pantry, taking up space until its shelf life expiration. I love your comment saying we put salt in a lot of things, and it doesn't all taste the same! That is sooo true. I appreciate you using staple condiment to create your recipes :)

Your recipes are yummy and that's like most cuisines, such as Indian - a lot of dishes have the same base/spices, but that doesn't mean they taste the same or are boring 💕

We Bengalis 🇧🇩 use garlic and ginger paste in almost all dishes... None of our dishes taste the same. Bet the people saying those survive on only salt and pepper lol

I’ve tried many of your recipes and they all tasted amazing and since they all use the same condiments I never just use the condiments once as I’m always using them
