I can no longer eat GF food, I feel terrible in the stomach, I often get glutened when eating out. When I eat GF foods I feel tired, lethargic and bloated and uncomfortable in the tummy, in general very unhappy. I have just ordered your book, no Grain no Pain. Thank you Dr Osbourne.

I react to carrageenan (even the small amount in some toothpastes), not just gluten.
Since I cut out gluten I no longer react to dairy.

I definitely react to rice, oats & quinoa but do fine w certified organic buckwheat. I find this to be a lifesaver, as I can occasionally indulge in a small bit of Swedish crispbread or bread make from buckwheat.

Thankyou for the information around gluten and all the conditions it brings up. will you talk about autoimmune overlap conditions please .my husband was recently diagnoised with systemic scleroderma and lupus ..its an onslaught he is seising up all over...I am looking for something besides chemo and immune supressents. he is 58 and it all started with cronic inflamation.

I cut out gluten dairy I feel better now my thyroid levels normal and optimal my tsh now 1.23 .. only change diet

I didn’t know about quinoa. I really don’t like it anyway. My family eats it. I’m going to stop buying it. I don’t react to rice but I do to gluten free oats. Millet isn’t good for people with thyroid disease. How do you drink plant based milk if they all have “gums” in them? I can’t afford to make my own.

😓….I don’t seem to have celiac problems anymore after I cut 90% of wheat/dairy and moved out of a house growing 5 different Mycotoxins!! Thank you for caring for us Osborne 🙏💞
