PS4 Cannot Connect To The Server To Verify The License (Easy Fix / 2023!)

Yeo even after i click "Deactivate" it still shows the error

And then i hit "Activate" again and same error k

When I went to activate and tried to activate it gave me an error code NP-34954-5

This worked for me! Thank you so much!! “Deactivate” was able for me to click, so i clicked it and followed the instructions in the vid. I restored my licenses after hitting deactivate, then went to activate as primary and it worked!

For those who hit “Restore Licenses” and it still didn’t work, it did that to me too. Once I hit it again tho, it worked. So just try it again and again I guess.

It wont even let me restore my licence or activate or deactivate as primary ps4 i dont know what to do

-por cable o por wifi es lo mismo
-todo automático
-asta llegar a DNS y pones estos
DNS primario: 1.1.1.1
DNS secundario: 1.0.0.1
Luego dale :Restaurar licencias❗

i think i found a fix

1. sign out completely (not log out but sign out the account)

2. go on the game you wanna play

3. It will force you to sign back in

4. Jus do that and it’ll automatically put you in the game (idk how long for but from what i see everythings unlocked and im able to play the game)

CONNECT TO YOUR MOBILE HOTSPOT FIRST BEFORE YOU DO THESE STEPS! I tried everything and once I did this I was able to play all my games!
