Hi Mike. Excellent video! Someone commented on another video that DeSantis is planning to address the home insurance crisis during a special session in the coming week. Is that true? Maybe it has to do with the Disney tax issue. I live outside of Florida so I don’t know. Have you heard anything? Thank you so much for your great videos. I’m learning so much. I hope my husband and I can have the Florida dream someday. We are retired and enjoy Florida for all its beauty and weather.

Hi Mike, In one of your videos you mentioned Citizens Property Insurance. Is this company the same company as Citizens which you rated the worst or is it a different one? If a different one, how would you rate it? I believe you stated that they require a roof certification if the roof is 11-12 years old and they also require a 4 point inspection for properties 20-25 years old. Is this correct? How would you rate Progressive insurance for home coverage ? Thank you kindly. Love you videos.

i do think after seen various videos, i have never heard of Farmers insurance. have any opinion about them?

Mike, you mention not to call the agent for help on a policy, so who would you rely on for guidance? Does your service provide assistance? Insurance policies are difficult to read and so much legalese.
