How to Install Boards AND Library in Arduino IDE without Internet.

How To Add Board In Arduino Ide From Zip File:

1-Add Board Preferences Link in Arduino IDE.
After Add Link, Automatically Will Created A File Link in this folder
C:\Users\rubel\AppData\Local\Arduino15
Example : package_BoardName_index.JSON

2-Unzip Board File And Copy Board Folder.
3-Paste Folder In
C:\Users\rubel\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages

***** Done ******
Open Arduino IDE And Open
Tool - Board - Board Manager
It Will Automatically Update / Refresh All Board.
