Bro but modern malwares remove the files of windows security and defender so we wont be able to remove that BUT we can do a thing.
Take 2 usb drives in one install your os recovery software and in second keep putting your files time to time.
If a virus hacks and windows security is blocked, just open the usb and install os and then put files 🎉

I think I can say with 100% certainty that not one Windows user in 100, 000 know that scan is even in Windows. I've used Windows Defender for years and today is the first time I've seen this offline scan. I may use it just for kicks.
