Crushing? Didn’t the prosecution already talk about this days ago with Cohen? This isn’t new…if I remember the trial transcripts, she asked him about the $50k and asked if he gave the guy all of it. Cohen said no. She asked him if he kept some of it. Cohen said yes. It wasn’t a big deal then so why would it be now?

Michael Cohen would not state “I don’t recall” because it will defeat the purpose of him coming forth and telling the whole truth and nothing but, the truth. In my opinion, Cohen admitting to stealing money will actually make him a more believable witness to the jury. He will be seen as a man who will tell the truth even if that truth will implicate him.
