Trevor is the only reason Mike didn't just get back up on his feet after he first lost his scholarship. He kept on dragging Mike down, on purpose. Mike could've just gotten a scholarship and went to a different school, then gone to law school, but Trevor prevented that and Harvey hates him for it.

Trevor was absolutely ANNIHILATED in this scene. It was such a bad move for the prosecution to bring trevor up especially since they needed to threaten him to do so. What would be more likely to a jury, a drug dealer who had his girlfriend stolen from him lying to get revenge, or an incredibly skilled attourney revealed to actually have never gone to harvard
