I Wore EMPEROR For An ENTIRE WEEK | My Honest Opinion on Parfums Vintage Emperor

Aventus is the king, but what about Emperor? Parfums Vintage is not shy about their quest to clone the best fragrance for men. There's been many different iterations that have sparked a lot of debate, and Emperor is said to be their closest attempt at Aventus... for now. I wore Emperor for an entire week so I can see how good it was in practical use. I also wanted to give you my honest opinion on parfums vintage as a company, because why not?

I saw this video about a week ago and LOVED it. I apologize for not subscribing then but now am a subscriber. I ABSOLUTELY AGREE WITH YOU ON THIS!!! Parfums Vintage Pineapple Vintage Intense is AMAZING!!! So thank for speaking the truth on this subject. I will warn you though, my second bottle of Pineapple Vintage Intense 100ml bottle was cloudy and smelled a bit different than the 50ml bottle that I had. I was a bit disappointed BUT still LOVE it and want MORE. I'm an over sprayer and go through my fragrance so quickly. Oh, and I have gotten many compliments from this scent that it's beyond CRAZY. I have written down the name more times than I can remember. It's alot. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, if you have any give aways for this fragrance PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep me in mind my friend. YES, I am a poor boy. LOL!!! Anyway THANK YOU once again for making this video and I can't wait to see more from you. Be well my friend and I hope you have a beautiful rest of your day.

This needed to be said. I thought I might have been the only one who was starting to see PV Emperor as a better fragrance than Aventus, considering Creed’s price gouging and reformulations.

Nicely done as always! I'm ancient, going back to the 70's (Jovan Musk my first cologne) and have always been a fan of scent and fragrance. It wasn't until the last few months I stumbled upon a JF video and thought, "What?? People COLLECT fragrances?" The obsession (no pun intended) started. I live in Vancouver, B.C. (Nordstrom, Holt Renfrew, Bay Downtown, no shortage of places to purchase fragrances) and was surprised to see how much people raved about Creed Aventus on YouTube, a fragrance line I'd never ever heard of at all, let alone smell. I was shocked at the price but was curious how it smelled. I had ZERO idea about 'clones', so after watching a few positive reviews, I decided to order Parfums Vintage Pineapple Intense. Loved the packaging and when I first sprayed the scent, I wasn't prepared for how it smelled...I was expecting more of a traditional 'cologne' smell, not that big burst of pineapple. It quickly grew on me and it's one of my favorites now. I eventually bought a bottle of Aventus online and was really confused about all the hype it gets on here...it smells good but not THAT good. Had I not seen all the hype, I wouldn't have bought it. Also it doesn't seem to perform on me as well as Parfums Vintage, of which I own 7 different bottles now and I enjoy all of them. I was always big on name brands but I feel PV does a fantastic job but you're right, they are getting up there in price. I was thinking today if I could only keep one 'house' now for all time, it would be Chanel...but Parfums Vintage is a close second. Cheers to a brother of the brush...and fragrance! Lol, the folks at the paint store get a nice, fresh burst of the SOTD first thing in the morning!

Even fragrancenet Aventus price is $350 for 100ml so Emperor at $160 is 200 bucks less. I have a 2017 Aventus batch and Emperor outperforms it with ease. You are lucky to have a 2015 batch and so are Creed when this comparison is being made because the new batches are not 2015 pedigree

I own a 50 ml and I got it missing a few sprays for way less and I love it, but I won’t pay retail. They’re getting too close to getting outrageously expensive for a “clone”. I’ve bought brand new 2017 batches of 100ml Aventus (this year) for $170 for testers and $220 for box and a cap. It’s getting hard to justify your pricing. If you want to keep us, stay closer to that 50/100ml $69/$99 range Perfumes Vintage. We know you’re reading this.

You could do a big Zara vid. That new Vibrant Leather Cologne that's like Dior Homme Cologne. It has this citrus and cool smell it gives off the few times I sprayed it on my arm that reminds me of DHC.

I agree. If you don't need the original presentation, the juice here is just as good for a better price. The extrait lasts all day as well which i can't say about Aventus.

Important to remember, females are less likely to approach a guy with an unsolicited complement of a fragrance. I Uber drive sometimes, and have had amazing unsolicited responses from ladies (where they are in a more comfortable situation to offer a complement to a guy and puts me in a unique position to receive unsolicited complements), one said “oh my gosh! What is that smell?! That is how a man should smell!” (Batch 17V01) and of course have received complements consistently from girls that know and trust me. I’m talking eyes rolling back, totally entranced by the smell(I’ve had similar responses to Sauvage). Guys complement because they wish they smelled as good as you!

I have the 2019 batch 3.3 oz and bought a 2015 simple the 2015 is Smokey and the 2019 is more pineapple. And I’m thinking of buying this 🧐

This smells just like Aventus but better projects like crazy on my skin the dry downs are the same emperor extract starts super fruity on my skin

I will probably await for the parfums vintage intense gold one when i run out of my pvi. It is their best together with rush of unicorns.

Have not sniffed 1 from this house I try to stay away from clonege houses but I want aventus type with that big cost so is this the best in your opinion or anybody?

Can you please try Afnan supermacy silver. Its suppose to be the best clone of aventus. Almost replacing creed in terms of smell
