Ingredients :

All Purpose Flour / Maida : 3 cups/350 grams
Sugar : 1/3 cup
Milk : 3/4 cup or as needed
Yeast : 2 tea spoons
Egg : 1 room temperature
All spice Powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Unsalted Butter : 1/4 cup/50 grams
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Raisans : 1/3cup
Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon

Thanks for sharing. Buns turned out well today. Just one query.. I made the cross on the bun using flour and water, but once it was done baking i couldn't see the cross. How can i make the cross more prominent next time ? Should I apply a thicker mixture ?
