1.drink water in copper vessel
2.fennal seed water in morning
3.flex seeds

5.do exercise
6.Eat proper cooked food
7.lukewarm milk with 1 teaspoon ghee
8.sleep at least 6-8 hours

An ayurvedic doctor told not to drink water from copper bottle as it gets oxidised fast and can be harmful. So if the bottle is cleaned properly everyday to remove oxidisation then drinking water from it is safe

V good . There are other measures as well. Costiveness is caused by various reasons . Some meds, food combos, dehydration, stress, negative emotions . Fear .

One thing from my experience for the benefits of others that always help me and it is so easy to do I thought it clean my gut whenever I have constipation I use to do is drinking a glass of lukewarm water early morning and it works for me everytime btw your videos are very helpful 🙂

Am aware of a person who is suffering from constipation. Age - 48 .Can you pls suggest what that person should have in breakfast, lunch n dinner. breakfast should be light.
Can that person have tea once in a day . He prefers milk wala chai with less sugar . He takes tea at 9 am. I am eagerly waiting for your answer or video . Pls give us the timing of breakfast, lunch n dinner 🎉🎉

Thank you for all your suggestions. You are so sweet yung lady ! In my age(88 y. yung ?!) some times I need little help with this problem!I do walk at least 10.000 steps a day on “fresh” air if we can talk those days about “fresh or clean air?!” Best wishes, Ana🇭🇷🇨🇦
