I love green juices which I blend in my vitamix and add lemon and green apple to balance bitterness.I also add chia seeds.I filter out pulp but use that in stews and soups.

That is the whole point of juicing, to heal the body. You said people with kidney issues should not do juicing, I dont believe that, I have been on dialysis for over seven years, and thanks to GOD, it has help me a lot, green for life..

I am a healthy man in my late 20's and I blend my morning concoction oppose to juicing it. I was under the impression juicing has a different use case then what is appropriate for me. Blending it basically just chews it for you from what I understand so it's identical to actually eating the whole food items? I see this constantly where differing opinions while based in truth are actually of marginal importance. What's important is that your getting this stuff into you in a way you'll actually stick with.

I still prefer wheatgrass juice over green juice, it is more safe and still highly nutritious and healing. I am not afraid of sugar anymore, sugar found in fruits, as I feel my best on a high fruit diet. The problem is when I eat more fats, I don't feel good. Thanks for this beautiful channel, it is my health library!

you want the fiber though. Especially if you have fruits in your smoothie because fiber with slow the sugar absorption so you don't spike glucose. Go for the blender and make a smoothie with the exact same ingredients.
