Facts. I learned to adapt to the loud noises living in the Bronx, NY. I put on great earpugs to bed at 9 pm so l could sleep threw the night to wake up at 5 am. for work. Most of the time, when I wake up at 5 a.m., people play loud wall-shaking music from the day before, and other times when I come home from work in the evening. They are still blasting music. The quality of life in some disadvantaged neighborhoods in the Bronx of NYC sucks, man, when it comes to one something important like your sleep!
