Incredible. Exposure to cold cuts risks of diabetes. Vitamin D risk factor increases risk of Alzheimers. Magnesium necessary for Vitamin D and for so much else. These talks are gamechanging. Thank you Dr Hyman 🙏

Amyloid is not a pathological protein . It Is an essential anti microbial in the immune system. Amyloid is actually found in all parts of the body. Not just in the brain. Can't make vit D without saturated fat!

Thanks but please make more advanced topic videos and summarize or divide the videos into chapters so we can much more easily find what we're looking for without having to listen to everything, most of which we may already have heard about.
