Would love the video on working from home when you have your own business. My husband would constantly interrupt me when I was working from home. He could not get it thru his head that I had set hours, I had to meet production, it was a luxury to work from home. He had his own business and was much more flexible. It had pros and cons. Less gas, no travel time, no dry cleaning, no daycare. Constant interruption. I welcomed the opportunity to work at the office again. Like you boundaries and schedules. 🌻 Thanks.

Thanks for the tips! I have been working from home for years and LOVE it! I noticed now that my co-workers are home too, more people are reaching out to me, so I don’t feel so “alone”. Definitely being self-motivated with a schedule of events for the day, minimizing distractions and getting dressed for work first thing in the morning can help. Sometimes I forget to stop for the day, so make sure to shut that computer off at 5pm! ⏰

I've been going to bed later and later and therefore, waking up later and later. After watching your video yesterday, I told my husband to force me to go to bed at 10:30. He did, and guess what? I woke up much earlier, without an alarm, and feeling rested. Imagine that! Lol. Thank you for your advice.

Thank you for this Tracey. I do work from home but, before lockdown I would go out on visits to schools I work with in regards to workplace training. This would break up my day. What I am finding at the moment is the monotonous of sitting at my laptop and doing Zoom classroom teaching. However, keep positive, have faith that this will pass soon ❤️
